What a great place to dine. I had the big burrito with beef. It was piping hot when it arrived and I had to take half of it home. They served chips with salsa when we arrived and they were wonderful. The grilled chicken was also a good choice.

Salsa's is by far the best place to get Tex-Mex. The service here was outstanding, and our server was so attentive! This was a complete 180 compared to the abysmal and pathetic service we got at Tortuga next door. The food was so tasty, the fajita chicken enchiladas i got were the best enchiladas I've ever had. The atmosphere is pretty great, they have nice beach side views and catchy Latin music playing. The bathrooms are also super clean. Rating 10/10

Great service and Atmosphere but I thought the food was a bit lacking. Small portions for the price and the soft tortillas were not soft. Liked the chips and salsa, two different kinds.

Was really good! We asked for the ground beef nachos but she accidentally rang us up for the fajita beef nachos but we ate it anyways. We also got the Laredo plate and it was really good! We were sat down quickly and only waited for about 10 mins for our food! Definitely recommend for a quick stop.

I recently discovered this incredible restaurant in Galveston, and I’m amazed it took me so long to find this popular spot! The food quality here is absolutely top-notch. Every dish we ordered was delightful—even down to the house chips and dips. Each bite was packed with flavor, and you could really taste the freshness in every dish. It’s not often that you enjoy the food so much both while eating and even afterwards, but this place nailed it. The service was equally impressive; our server was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant offers both indoor dining, with a mix of booths and tables, and a covered outdoor patio. There’s a dedicated parking lot, which is a plus in Galveston, though it’s not very large. We managed to find a spot, but I could see it being a bit tight at times. Overall, this restaurant is excellent, and we’ll definitely be returning whenever we’re in Galveston. Highly recommend checking it out!

Being here for the past eight years, I always have to stop here. This is a place you must visit when you visit the island. The staff is very friendly, fast, and accurate. The best thing about this place is the salsas. Update June 2025: Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. The food was okay, but there was smoke throughout the restaurant. Please do not order the ceviche plate; it's literally ketchup with shrimp, like the kind you buy at Walmart. It wasn't good at all, and the beans served with the rice were really bad—plain and flavorless. What happened to the salsas? Also, beware of large parties; it was eight of us, and the gratuity was included with our tickets, so we were forced to pay a tip (we always leave a tip but hate being forced to). Our tip, I believe, was 20 percent, or about 38.

We flew in for a day trip for the beach and the food. Everything about this place was amazing!! I can't wait to come back! Whatever queso they use for the enchiladas is the best I've ever had! Very large menu, big and clean restaurant, and very friendly staff
